Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for US and UK international inbound processes
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound communication channels
- Maintain high standards of customer service and technical assistance
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous BPO experience preferred
- At least 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process candidates
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
