Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for US and UK international inbound processes
• Handle customer inquiries via inbound communication channels
• Maintain high standards of customer service and technical assistance

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous BPO experience preferred
• At least 6 months experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process candidates
• Ability to join immediately
• Graduate or undergraduate degree
