Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK markets
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Provide high-quality technical support to consumers and small businesses
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
- Immediate availability to join
- Experience in technical support or BPO environments
