- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK processes
- Provide technical assistance to customers via voice channels
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in BPO environments preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound is applicable for this Inbound Tech Process
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
