About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and email issues
  • Analyze technical issues correctly to provide solutions
  • Pitch and sell relevant service plans and software to customers
  • Process customer payments and close calls effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in an international outbound technical process
  • Excellent English fluency
  • Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
  • Graduate or undergraduate qualification
  • Strong communication and sales pitching skills
