About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support calls for US shifts
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
  • Provide accurate resolutions for Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues
  • Manage and close calls independently

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
  • Ability to join immediately
