About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound and outbound technical support for US shift (night shift)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
  • Handle customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
  • Manage and close calls independently

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
  • Strong convincing and sales skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
