About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
  • Resolve hardware and software issues for Mac, iPhone, and iPad
  • Manage and close customer calls effectively

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work US night shifts
  • Ability to join immediately
