About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Resolve hardware and software issues for Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Manage and close customer calls effectively
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Ability to join immediately
