About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
  • Support Mac, iPhone, and iPad hardware and software issues
  • Handle customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
  • Manage and close calls independently

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
  • Proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software (Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, iPad)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work US night shifts
  • Strong convincing and sales skills
  • Immediate availability preferred
