About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Support Mac, iPhone, and iPad hardware and software issues
- Handle customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Manage and close calls independently
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware and software (Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, iPad)
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Immediate availability preferred
