Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers during night shifts
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Support Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
- Handle customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Experience in closing calls and processing payments
- No freshers or domestic BPO candidates will be considered
