About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
  • Troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
  • Handle customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
  • Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
  • Experience in closing calls and processing payments
