About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based customers
- Troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Handle customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- Experience in closing calls and processing payments
