About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US shifts
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Provide support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
- Resolve customer issues accurately and close calls independently
- Process payments through various gateways
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound or Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound for those applying for Inbound Tech Process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- Must not be a fresher or from a domestic BPO
