About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support calls
  • Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
  • Utilize convincing and sales skills to assist customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inbound or Outbound technical support
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work US night shifts (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
  • Proven ability to close calls and handle payments
  • Must not be a fresher or from a domestic BPO background
