About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Utilize convincing and sales skills to meet process objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound or Inbound technical support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Proven ability to close calls and handle payments
- Must not be a fresher or from a domestic BPO background
