About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical support calls for US-based customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
  • Provide support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and close calls effectively

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work US night shifts
  • Experience in technical sales or convincing skills is a plus
