About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls for US-based customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Provide support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
- Resolve customer issues accurately and close calls effectively
- Utilize sales and convincing skills to meet process requirements
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in International BPO technical support
- Proven experience in outbound tech support for at least 6 months to 1 year
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Immediate availability preferred
