About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls for US-based customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
  • Provide support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and close calls effectively
  • Utilize sales and convincing skills to meet process requirements

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in International BPO technical support
  • Proven experience in outbound tech support for at least 6 months to 1 year
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work US night shifts
  • Immediate availability preferred
