  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK shifts
  • Handle customer inquiries via voice processes
  • Deliver high-quality technical assistance to consumers and small businesses

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to join immediately
