Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
- Assist customers with computing and communications device issues
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound preferred
- Ability to join immediately
