Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical sales calls for the US market
- Provide technical support and product information to customers
- Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge
- Operate during night shifts
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- High school diploma or graduation
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes preferred
- Ability to work night shifts
- Immediate availability to join
