About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
- Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
- Process payments through various gateways to close calls
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound technical support
- Experience in international outbound processes
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Ability to close calls and handle payments independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to join immediately
