Inbound Technical Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate support plans
• Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
• Process payments through various gateways to close sales calls

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound or Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to close sales calls and handle payments independently
• Flexibility to work night shifts
• No freshers or domestic BPO candidates allowed
