Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support via voice process for US and UK markets
- Handle customer calls and resolve technical issues
- Process payments through various gateways to close calls

- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
- Ability to join immediately
