Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK markets
- Provide technical assistance for computing and communications devices
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Maintain high service standards in a voice process environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in international outbound processes
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
- Ability to join immediately
