About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and email issues
  • Analyze technical issues correctly to provide solutions
  • Pitch and sell relevant service plans and software to customers
  • Process customer payments through various gateways

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in an International Outbound Tech process
  • Excellent English fluency
  • Ability to close sales and handle payment transactions
  • Comfortable working night shifts
  • High school diploma or any graduate degree
