About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and email issues
- Analyze technical issues correctly to provide solutions
- Pitch and sell relevant service plans and software to customers
- Process customer payments through various gateways
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in an International Outbound Tech process
- Excellent English fluency
- Ability to close sales and handle payment transactions
- Comfortable working night shifts
- High school diploma or any graduate degree
