  • Provide training for Inbound tech support processes (US & UK)
  • Support technical support operations within a BPO environment

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in BPO environments
  • At least 6 months experience in International Outbound preferred
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree
