Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support for US and UK processes
• Provide assistance to customers regarding computing and communications devices
• Maintain high standards of communication and service quality

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound or BPO experience
• Ability to join immediately
