Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
- Handle voice-based technical queries and support requests
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in BPO environments preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound is a plus
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
