Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
  • Handle voice-based technical queries and support requests
  • Maintain high standards of communication and customer service

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in BPO environments preferred
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound is a plus
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree
