About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot problems regarding printers, routers, and email
  • Support customer queries and provide necessary assistance
  • Report progress and issues to the team lead

Requirements

  • Graduate or 10+2 educated candidates
  • Excellent English fluency and communication skills
  • Experience in International Voice BPO is an advantage
  • Ability to work rotational and night shifts
  • Age between 18-32 years
