Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support to customers during US and UK shifts
- Handle technical queries and support processes effectively
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to join immediately
