About the role
Responsibilities
- Attain inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, emails, etc.
- Analyze technical issues correctly
- Sell relevant service plans and software to customers
- Close calls and process customer payments
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international outbound tech process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
- Confidence in pitching service plans
