Responsibilities

• Provide inbound technical support for US and UK shifts
• Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US markets
• Handle customer calls and manage payment processing through various gateways
• Close calls effectively while maintaining high service standards

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
• Ability to process payments via different gateways
• Ability to join immediately
