Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK markets
• Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US regions
• Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
• Drive sales through website selling campaigns

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
• Proven ability to close calls and handle payment gateways
• Ability to join immediately
• Experience in support processes
