Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK shifts
  • Assist customers with computing and communications device issues
  • Maintain high standards of communication and service quality

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound roles
  • Previous tech support experience preferred
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
