About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK shifts
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding computing and communications devices and software
  • Maintain high service standards within a BPO environment

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to join immediately
