Responsibilities

• Provide inbound technical support for US and UK processes
• Act as a Web Consultant for Australian processes
• Handle UK Telecom call blocking services
• Engage in sales and support activities as required by the specific process

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in BPO environments preferred
• At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
• Ability to join immediately
• Graduate or undergraduate qualification
