Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK international processes
  • Act as a Web Consultant for AUS/US markets
  • Manage and close calls effectively
  • Process payments through various gateways

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
  • Ability to handle technical support processes
  • Experience in payment gateway processing
  • Ability to join immediately
