About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK customers
- Handle customer inquiries via voice processes
- Deliver technical assistance for computing and communications devices
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in BPO environments preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech Process roles
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or undergraduate qualification
