About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK customers
- Handle technical queries related to computing and communications devices and software
- Maintain high service standards within a BPO environment
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
- Experience in BPO preferred
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
