Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound technical support for US and UK customers
  • Handle technical queries related to computing and communications devices and software
  • Maintain high service standards within a BPO environment

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound processes
  • Experience in BPO preferred
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree
