Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for UK-based customers
- Handle customer calls and resolve technical issues
- Process payments through various gateways to close calls
- Maintain high service standards in a BPO environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
- Ability to work in day or night shifts
- Immediate availability to join
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical support processes
- Previous experience in international BPO environments
