Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from international customers in the US and UK
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide appropriate support
  • Suggest annual service plans and software solutions
  • Close sales and achieve performance targets
  • Process payments through various gateways

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in international outbound processes
  • Proven ability to close calls and handle payments
  • High school diploma (HS)
