  • Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
  • Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
  • Manage and close calls effectively

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support
  • Experience in International Outbound processes preferred
  • Strong convincing skills in English
  • High school diploma or Graduation
