Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US-based processes
- Handle voice-based international customer interactions
- Work within a night shift schedule
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- High school diploma or graduation
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Outbound (preferred)
- Ability to join immediately
- Age between 18 to 30
