Inbound Tech Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
• Close sales calls effectively

Requirements

• 8 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support
• Experience handling printer, router, and antivirus technical issues
• Strong convincing and sales closing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in international outbound processes preferred
