Inbound Tech Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls for the US process
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
• Provide support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices
• Resolve customer issues accurately and close calls effectively
• Utilize convincing and sales skills to meet objectives

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
• Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work US night shifts
• Must be able to join immediately
