Inbound Tech Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate support plans
• Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
• Close sales calls effectively

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
• Experience in International Outbound is acceptable for Inbound Tech Process roles
