About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for the US process
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Utilize convincing and sales skills to meet objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound or Inbound Tech Support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Proven ability to close calls and handle payments
- Age between 18 and 35 years
