About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
  • Resolve issues for Mac, iPhone, and iPad users
  • Close calls effectively and drive sales through convincing skills
  • Provide accurate resolutions to customer issues

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO
  • Proven experience in Outbound Tech Support for at least 6 months to 1 year
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (US process)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Ability to join immediately
