About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email
- Provide technical assistance for Mac, iPhone, and iPad
- Close calls effectively and ensure customer issue resolution
- Utilize sales and convincing skills to meet targets
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in International BPO (Inbound/Outbound Technical Support)
- Proven experience in technical troubleshooting
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- Ability to join immediately
