About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
  • Diagnose technical issues for customers
  • Recommend and sell technical support plans and relevant software
  • Close sales calls effectively

Requirements

  • 8 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support
  • Experience handling printer, router, and antivirus technical issues
  • Strong convincing and sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in International Outbound processes
