Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support calls for the US shift
• Provide technical assistance to consumers and small businesses
• Drive sales through inbound technical support interactions

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or graduation
• At least 6 months of experience in international outbound processes preferred
• Ability to work night shifts (US shift)
• Ability to join immediately
