Inbound Tech Sales

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate service plans
• Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers
• Close calls effectively while providing accurate resolutions

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
• Proven experience troubleshooting Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
• Experience in International Outbound is a plus for Inbound roles
